TODD HEBERT (b. 1972 in Valley City, ND) received his Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in 1996 from the University of North Dakota in Grand Forks, ND and his Master of Fine Arts degree in 1998 from the Rhode Island School of Design in Providence, RI.
